If you would like to request a letter of invitation from our hosts for a visa application, please email Gemma Godfrey detailing the following information in your request
All letters will be sent as a PDF file via email. Hard copies of the invitation letter will not be sent.
These details will be passed onto the Host Exchange, who will make the necessary arrangements.
Applications will be reviewed by the WFE who reserve the right to cancel the registration of any party that does not meet our criteria. Confirmation of your registration will be sent by the WFE office once we have reviewed your application.
Please note that photographs may be taken during the conference. I hereby consent to use of my photograph, and/or likeness by The World Federation of Exchanges (”The WFE”) for purposes of advertising and/or trade in any and all media, throughout the world, without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage without payment or any other consideration. The WFE shall be the absolute owner of any and all photographs and materials (and all rights therein, including the copyright) produced. I further agree, subject to the provisions above, that The WFE may use my photograph and/or likeness in any manner. I hereby warrant and represent that I am at least 18 years of age and have the full right to contract in my own name with respect to the matters stated above.
